The Client is a Property Management company based in Chicago. Our work with them includes listing apartments for rent on multiple platforms. Send our qualification message/email and also set up appointments. We also call utility companies on their behalf and ensure uninterrupted service.

The client runs a golf school for all ages in Chicago. Since he is an instructor, he was finding it difficult to take care of students and the admin side of his business. He approached us to start taking care of the most pertinent issue for his business; Billing.

The Client is one of the premier Commercial Real-Estate companies in Chicago. They needed somebody to step in and manage their prospecting and outreach. The work included multiple calling hours, research, and more per week where we kept track of thousands of leads and set up appointments for a potential sale. We have also taken over most of the administrative tasks for them.

The client has been a business coach for 10 years now and needed somebody to help him manage his day-to-day tasks and social media. We aligned ourselves as a Virtual Assistant managing his calendar, confirming appointments, setting up social media ads, messaging campaigns and more.

The work entailed setting up calls with potential sponsors and email campaigns to help promote the magazine.
